2013 Platinum Passport Courses and Conditions
Blackwolf Run (Kohler) -- The owner of the Platinum Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND each for up to TWO PLAYERS on the Meadow Valleys Course at Blackwolf Run anytime from open to May 31st or after October 14th to close of course in 2013. A golf cart is mandatory and paid separately. Tee times are based on availability. Your reservation may be made three (3) days in advance and you must observe the passport’s RULES & CONDITIONS. Broadlands Golf Club (North Prairie) -- The owner of the Platinum Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND each for up to TWO PLAYERS at Broadlands Golf Club. Cart fee for Passport holders will be $17 per player and must be paid separately. Valid Monday through Thursday all day and Friday through Sunday after 2:00 p.m. Not valid with leagues, outings, tournaments, or on holidays. Not valid on Father’s Day.
Branch River Golf & Tennis (Cato) – The owner of the Platinum Passport has a ticket to play ONE ROUND each for up to TWO PLAYERS at Branch River Golf & Tennis during the 2013 golf season. Tee times are available for passport holders Monday thru Friday, subject to tee time availability. A golf cart is required and is additional. Passport holders are welcome to bring up to (7) guests at the rate of $40 plus tax, which includes greens fee and golf cart. Tee time reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance.
Evergreen GC (Elkhorn) -- The owner of the Platinum Passport has a ticket to play ONE ROUND each for up to TWO PLAYERS at Evergreen Golf Club anytime Monday thru Thursday in 2013, subject to availability. A golf cart is mandatory and must be paid separately.
Glen Erin GC (Janesville) -- The owner of the Platinum Passport has a ticket to play ONE ROUND each for up to TWO PLAYERS at Glen Erin Golf Club anytime Monday thru Thursday in 2013, subject to availability. A golf cart is mandatory and must be paid separately.
Grand Geneva Resort & Spa (Lake Geneva) --The owner of the Platinum Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND for ONE PERSON at either The Highlands or The Brute course anytime from Sunday after 1:30 p.m. thru Thursday from open to May 31, 2013 and anytime from September 1, 2013 to the courses closing in fall 2013, cart included.
Hawks View GC (Lake Geneva) -- The owner of the Platinum Passport has your choice of ONE ROUND for ONE PERSON on the Como Crossings Championship Course anytime from course opening to April 30, 2013, and anytime from October 1, 2013 to course closing. Subject to tee time availability. A cart is required and additional. You may choose instead to play ONE ROUND for ONE PERSON at the Barn Hollow Par 3 Course anytime during the 2013 season. Subject to tee time availability. A cart is mandatory and must be paid separately. At least 5 days advance reservations required!
Horseshoe Bay CC (Egg Harbor) – The owner of the Platinum Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND each for up to TWO PLAYERS at Horseshoe Bay Golf Club anytime throughout the 2013 golf season. A cart is required and that additional cost is $20 per Passport holder. Tee times are required and may not be made more than 7 days in advance by contacting Brian Baus at Horseshoe Bay. Only two Passports per day will be honored. Non-Passport holders may play as guests at a fee of $99 per person, which includes cart.
Kettle Moraine GC (Dousman) -- Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND for ONE PERSON at Kettle Moraine Golf Club. Valid Monday through Thursday all day. Not valid with leagues, outings, tournaments, or on holidays .A cart is mandatory and that fee of $17 per player must be paid separately.
Mascoutin GC (Berlin) - Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND each for up to TWO PLAYERS at Mascoutin Golf Club anytime in the 2013 season. NOT VALID on Thursdays between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. or on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays BEFORE noon. Golf cart is mandatory and must be paid for separately at a rate of $27.50 per person and that does include range balls.
Morningstar GC (Waukesha) -- Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND for ONE PERSON at Morningstar Golfers Club ANYTIME between May 1, 2013 and October 31, 2013. Subject to tee time availability. Golf cart is required and must be paid separately.
Old Hickory (Beaver Dam) -- Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND each for up to TWO PLAYERS at Old Hickory Golf Club anytime on Monday, Wednesday and Friday; Tuesday and Thursday before noon; or Saturday, Sunday & Holidays after 10 a.m. Tee times are required and subject to availability. A cart is required and that cost is $20 plus tax per Passport holder. A foursome is required and limit of one Passport per foursome. Other two members of foursome must pay regular greens fees and must take a power cart.
Quit Qui Oc GC (Elkhart Lake) -- The owner of the Platinum Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND each for up to TWO PLAYERS at Quit Qui Oc GC anytime Monday through Friday, and after 11 AM on weekends, through October 31, 2013. Golf cart is mandatory and must be paid separately.
Rivermoor Golf Club (Waterford) -- Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND each for up to TWO PLAYERS at Rivermoor Golf Club anytime Monday thru Friday or after 1p.m. on the weekend. Golf cart is mandatory and must be paid separately.
Stevens Point CC (Stevens Point) -- The owner of the Platinum Passport has a ticket to play ONE ROUND each for up to TWO PLAYERS at the private Stevens Point Country Club ANYTIME through the 2013 season. Tee times available for Passport holders are Mondays ALL DAY, (Subject to Events), Tuesdays BEFORE noon, Wednesdays from 10:30 a.m. to noon, Thursdays BEFORE noon, Fridays from noon to 4 p.m., Saturdays & Sundays AFTER 2:00 p.m. A gas cart is required at a rate of $18 + tax per person for Passport holders. Passport holders may bring up to (7) guests at the rate of $79 + tax per guest. Rates include greens fee and gas cart.
The Bull at Pinehurst Farms (Sheboygan Falls) -- Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND for ONE PERSON at The Bull at Pinehurst Farms anytime Monday thru Friday during the 2013 season. A golf cart is mandatory and must be paid separately. Guests of Passport holders that do NOT have a Passport may play at a rate of $75 per person, which DOES include a cart fee. Foursomes are preferred.
The Castle Course at Northern Bay (Arkdale) -- Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND for ONE PERSON at The Castle Course at Northern Bay, Monday-Thursday, anytime during the 2013 season. A golf cart is mandatory and must be paid separately.
The Golf Club at Camelot (Lomira) -- Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND each for up to TWO PLAYERS at The Golf Club at Camelot anytime during the 2013 season. A golf cart is mandatory and must be paid separately.
The Golf Courses of Lawsonia (Green Lake) -- Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND each for up to TWO PLAYERS at The Golf Courses of Lawsonia anytime from open to October 31, 2013, subject to tee time availability. Golf car is mandatory and must be paid at an additional cost of $25 per player.
The House on the Rock Resort (Spring Green) -- Platinum Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND for ONE PERSON at The House on the Rock Resort anytime Monday thru Friday from course opening until October 31, 2013. A cart is mandatory and must be paid separately. Passport holder MUST BRING AT LEAST ONE GUEST to create at least a twosome. Tee times may be made 14 days in advance and proper golf attire is required.
The Oaks GC (Cottage Grove) -- Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND for ONE PERSON at The Oaks anytime Monday thru Thursday. A golf cart is mandatory and must be paid separately. Advance tee times required.
The Orchards at Egg Harbor (Egg Harbor) -- Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND for ONE PERSON at The Orchards of Egg Harbor anytime Sunday thru Thursday, except holidays. A golf cart is mandatory and must be paid separately. Advance tee times required and can be made by calling (888) 463-GOLF.
Thornberry Creek at Oneida (Oneida) --Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND for ONE PERSON at Thornberry Creek at Oneidavalid anytime Monday thru Friday or after 1pm on Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays. A golf cart is mandatory and must be paid separately.
Timber Ridge (Minocqua) -- Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND each for up to TWO PLAYERS at Timber Ridge, Monday thru Thursday anytime, and on Saturday and Sunday AFTER noon throughout the 2013 golf season. Passport is NOT valid from July 1 thru 10, 2013. A golf cart is mandatory and that additional cost will be $19.95 per person and will include a small bucket of range balls.
Trappers Turn (Wisconsin Dells) -- Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND for ONE PERSON at Trappers Turn anytime Sunday after Noon thru Thursday during the 2013 season. A golf cart is mandatory and must be paid separately. Guests of Passport holders that do NOT have a Passport may play at a rate of $50 per person, which DOES include a cart fee. Tee times can be made up to five (5) days in advance. Foursomes are preferred.
Waushara Country Club (Wautoma) -- Platinum Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND each for up to TWO PLAYERS during the 2013 season. Tee times are available for passport holders Monday thru Friday anytime. A golf cart is mandatory and must be paid separately. Passport holders are welcome to bring up to (12) guests at the rate of $31.50, which includes greens fee and cart. Tee times are required.
Whispering Springs GC (Fond du Lac) -- Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND each for up to TWO PLAYERS at Whispering Springs anytime Monday through Friday, and after 1 PM on weekends, through October 31, 2013. A golf cart is mandatory and must be paid separately.
Windwood of Watertown (Watertown) -- Passport is your ticket to play ONE ROUND each for up to TWO PLAYERS at Windwood of Watertown anytime Monday through Friday, valid during the 2013 golf season. Golf cart is mandatory and must be paid separately at a rate of $16 per person. Offer not valid on holidays.
